Event Details

Nothing is clear.

A still fragile and uncertain economy.  An accelerating pace of technological change.  An increasingly volatile global business environment.

Membership numbers in flux.  Long-standing value propositions in trouble.  Reliable revenue streams drying up before your eyes.

It's really tough to be an association leader today.  The challenges you're facing are both acute and complex.  Forget about solving these wicked problems...how do you tackle them?  Where do you begin?

Nothing is impossible.

You have the talent, experience and credentials to lead.  Now you need something else: a different point of view on your association's future.  You need a fresh approach for visualizing the dynamics of your association's current work and unconventional strategic insights to drive radical new value creation for the next generation of stakeholders.

You can build a 21st century association, and now is the time to act.  In fact, there's never been a better time.

Ask more challenging questions.

On September 28-29, 2010, you are invited to participate in The P.I. Business Model Innovation Workshop, the first-ever session of its kind presented exclusively for association leaders and facilitated by Jeff De Cagna, the association community's leading voice for innovation.

During the two days of this unique learning opportunity, you will come to see your association's business model in an entirely new way.  You will learn what's working, and what's not.  You will question your assumptions, and build the deepest possible understanding of what will drive your organization's long-term success.

Change the way you lead.

The P.I. Business Model Innovation Workshop will not only bring greater clarity to the present, it will unleash your imagination about what your association can achieve in its future.  You will collaborate with senior-level colleagues from across the association community in developing and designing new business model concepts, and learn how to rapidly experiment with those ideas so your organization can quickly build its capacity to create a more vibrant future.

Right now, you need an approach for grappling with the challenges you face that is both productive and generative.  This is it.  Don't miss this extraordinary opportunity to reinvent your association, and yourself.
